Neurological Rehab Team
The neurological program includes therapists who are specialists with many years experience in neurological rehabilitation.
The team is highly qualified to treat a variety of neurological deficits including but not
limited to: CVA/Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Closed Head injury; and those diagnosed with Parkinson‘s, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, and other degenerative neurological disorders.
With any neurological disorder, timing is
vital. When the initial appointments are made promptly, the rehabilitation process can begin quickly and without delay. At SPECTRUM Physical Therapy our team is dedicated to helping the patients lead healthy, safe, and independent lifestyles.

Arranging Appointments
In general, Virginia law requires a written referral from a physician, dentist, physicians assistant, or nurse practitioner in order for patients to receive physical therapy services. Initial appointments can be arranged by the patient or by the referral source. Clinic hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Convenient and free parking is available at all clinic locations.
Financial Policy
As a courtesy to you, SPECTRUM Physical Therapy submits charges for services to your insurance company. Co-payments are requested when services are rendered. We are participating providers with Southern Health, Anthem, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna and many other insurance plans. We gladly accept all health insurance and worker’s compensation plans and would like to be providers with your insurance company. Please contact us and we will be happy to verify your insurance benefits.
