SPECTRUM Therapy is a privately owned rehabilitation company in central Virginia. A network of Outpatient Clinics and Home Health services provide traditional Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy Services, as well as specialty services and programs that include sports medicine, athletic training, workers compensation, hand therapy and orthotic fabrication. SPECTRUM Therapy is owned and managed by Physical Therapists and is affiliated with Southeastern Physical Therapy headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Established in 1989, SPECTRUM Therapy's Outpatient Division includes 5 clinics providing PT, OT and speech therapy along with athletic training services. The Home Health Division provides in-home PT, OT and speech services to residents of 6 counties surrounding Charlottesville, Virginia. Southeastern Physical Therapy in the Tidewater area was established in 1988, and includes 5 outpatient clinic locations and adult day care rehabilitation services.

SPECTRUM Therapy participates with most insurance carriers, and submits claims as a courtesy for our patients. By Virginia law, every patient must have a written referral from a physician in order to receive therapy services.
